Yes. There are more and more serious discussions about some of what is carved... if you know what I mean. It is a gorgeous area of the world.

Beautiful photos, Don. Each and every one is stunning and equally as interesting are the figurines and details that you have captured. I have never seen these and find them most fascinating.

I can well understand traveling this time of year, clear skies, cold nights, no haze, hopefully your favorite taco places are open to receive you. Cheers, Phyllis

The days never get too warm, but the nights get real cold, real fast. I do love to travel in the winter, although on occasion I miss the greens of summer.

And yes, the taco places are - thankfully - plentiful.

I had some Navajo Tacos in Cameron. They are a mix of the Navajo and the Mexican and are really delicious.

I absolutely love the southwest! Even though I've lived in Colorado for sixteen years, I visited Utah for the first time in October 2023. Now I can't imagine not spending time in the four corners states because the desert speaks to my soul!
