This is great. This is the era during which I was a kid growing up with an interest in photography, scouring the photo mags for inspiration. There was something different about commercial photography in the last quarter of the 20th century. I can't quite put my finger on it, but this post really brings me back to that feeling. Kudos!
Love the passion in this piece 🙌🏽. Especially as someone who learnt the craft in the mid to late 90’s on film, had a darkroom below the stairs in my parent’s house, and spent my days making notes about each frame (shutter seed / aperture etc. in a notebook) so I could compare and contrast once the film came back from the lab.
