Don, this is the most unrealistic time estimation ever but I love you for the list haha. Maybe I am just REALLY slow at things but a blog post takes me HOURS and DAYS haha
Ha... Yes, for long posts, it is way too short, but I think if someone spent a little time each day, they could have a reasonable post ready in a week or two. I think one blog post per week is a good goal for photographers. Even two per month will make the SEO monkeys happy. Happy monkeys are existentially important.
